Choose a space: The activities are ideal for in-person team building, but the activities work virtually as well (with breakout rooms for small groups).

Peruse the Activity Pack: Review each activity so you know what to expect. Decide if groups will choose activities or if they will be pre-assigned. 

Set a date and time: Pick the date and time that are best for your team. (An hour, an afternoon, or a full day of exploration works!) Next, invite your team.
Here's a suggested schedule:
1. Welcome and Introduction
2. Activities
3. Reflections, Share, and Closing

Assign groups: Divide your team into small groups (2-6 people) to rotate through activities.

Collect supplies: You'll need computers/laptops and access to the AI tools recommended in each activity. Make sure at least one person in each group is registered for/has access to the following AI tools:

• Copilot: Offers free use of an AI-driven chatbot. No account registration is required to use the chatbot feature – but you'll want to create a Microsoft account if you wish to use Copilot to generate images.
• ChatGPT: Free registration required to use GPT-3.5.
• Dall-E: Free registration required to use DALL·E 2.
• Perplexity: A combination of a chatbot and search engine; offers free use without creating an account.
• Craiyon: Free (but ad-supported); generates images from text-based prompts.
• Gemini: Free access to chatbot after sign-in with a Google account.
• Pi: Allows free use of the chatbot until a certain threshold of prompts, after which a free account must be created.
